Cookie Chomper clicks Reject for you. When there's no Reject, it switches every optional category off and saves. It never clicks Accept.
Most banners: gone before you see them.
Most websites use one of a few hundred standard cookie banners. Cookie Chomper recognises them straight away and says no, right on your computer. Often the banner never even shows up.
No Reject button? It does the tedious part.
Some banners only offer "Accept all" and "Settings". Cookie Chomper opens the settings, switches off everything the site doesn't need, and saves.
Home-made banners? It reads them like you would.
Plenty of sites make their own banner, with the "no" tucked away in a corner. Cookie Chomper reads the buttons and finds it.
For that, it only sends the banner's text and the site's name to our server. Never the rest of the page or your cookies.
Pay or accept? That one's your call.
Some sites say: accept our cookies, or pay to get in. There's no free "no" there, so Cookie Chomper leaves it to you.

Tested on more than 10,000 websites.
We let Cookie Chomper visit 10,313 websites across Europe: the 313 busiest, and 10,000 picked at random from the next million. It met a cookie banner on 4,883 of them. This is what happened to those banners.
- 80% refused 3,908 bannersCookie Chomper said no for you.
- 9% left to you 425 bannersOnly an “Accept” button, or accept-or-pay: there was no free “no”.
- 11% not refused yet 550 bannersBanners it couldn’t work out. We’re working on these.
Most refusals were instant: 7 in 10 banners were ones Cookie Chomper recognised straight away. The other 3 in 10 were banners it didn’t know, so it read them first.
It only knows how to say no.
It knows "accept" in 13 languages, and never presses it. These are the words it looks for instead.

Most banners never leave your computer.
Cookie Chomper handles most banners right on your computer. Only for a banner it doesn't know does it send that banner's text and the site's name to our server, to work out how to say no. Never the rest of the page or your cookies, and we don't keep a list of the sites you visit.

Cookie Chomper is made by Invisible Shapes, an independent studio in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. You pay for it, so you're the customer, not the product.

Questions
Why pay, when there are free tools?
Free tools know the common banners, and so does Cookie Chomper. The difference is the rest: many free tools just hide the banner, or click Accept for you, and give up on banners they don't recognise. Cookie Chomper always says no, and reads the unusual banners too.
Does it work on every site?
On most. Sites that make you choose between accepting and paying have no free way to say no, so those are left to you. A banner it can't work out stays on screen, and the toolbar icon tells you.
Do I need an account?
No. The trial starts when you install it. When you subscribe, Paddle handles the payment; we never see your card.
What happens when the trial ends?
Cookie Chomper stops answering banners until you subscribe. Nothing is ever charged unless you subscribe yourself.
